Return Policy

Do you offer returns?

Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Live Art Shop, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us at liveartshop@gmail.com. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavour to make sure you're happy with the final artwork.

What if my product is faulty?

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our costumer service team an email within 4 weeks of purchase at liveartshop@gmail.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

What if my package didn't arrive?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please send us an email at liveartshop@gmail.com, with proof.

 

 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
